Has conducted over 230 business trainings in Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, Russia and Tajikistan. Since March 2016, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of MCF 'Nuri Humo'.

An expert in microfinance and corporate governance with many years of experience in Central Asia's financial sector. Holds an MBA from Almaty Management University. Chairs the Board of TOO 'MFO 'Arnur Credit'' and serves on the boards of directors of several MFIs, including MCF 'Nuri Humo'.

An expert in management, IT consulting, and business process automation with more than 25 years of professional experience. He holds higher education degrees in both engineering and economics. Since 2006, he has been engaged in management consulting, and since 2008 has served as Director of NT Computers LLC. He has extensive experience implementing IT and management projects for private companies, government institutions, and international organizations, including UNDP and GIZ. His areas of expertise include project management, automation of trade and manufacturing processes, IT infrastructure development, and business process improvement. Since 2009, he has been a member of the Institute of Management Consultants, serving as Chairman of its Board from 2009 to 2012.
